    This beautiful 3 bedroom corner condo boasts expansive views of the ski area, Village Plaza and the Blue River! The base of the Quicksilver chairlift on Peak 9 is only steps away and guests can enjoy all of the amenities provided by the Village. These include heated pool, hot tubs, workout room and more! Plus, the amazing shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge are just downstairs.

    Parking is at a premium at the Village, so it is not guaranteed. If parking is available for a single vehicle, the cost is $22 per night during the ski season. We encourage guests to take a shuttle from the airport or carpool as much as possible. Read more »

    This private home is made for large families and groups enjoying a beautiful vacation in Breckenridge. The base of the Peak 8 ski area is a quick walk up the street and guests can ski right to the street in the winter. This home has 5 bedrooms with an additional gameroom, and exercise room!

    The main level of the home has a custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas range. The dining room has a table for 12 with additional leafs and tables available to expand your seating. Off of the dining room is a sitting area for 2, plus an office that was converted into a 5th bedroom with a full sized murphy bed. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, large sectional couch with a separate atrium and sun room perfect for your morning coffee!

    Upstairs the master suite has a king sized bed and the bathroom boasts a full shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the hall bath has a full shower and the famous "bicycle vanity". The third bedroom is what really makes this house special for groups and families. It's a huge room taking up an entire end of the second floor and has 4 sleeping areas within (3 queens and 2 twins) sleeping a total of 8 people alone. There's a full bath connected to the bedroom.

    On the lower level there's another queen sized bedroom with a full bath, then the gameroom with a full sized pool table, large flat screen TV exercise room and another murphy bed.

    This home sits on over an acre of land on Peak 8. From the main level you can access the multi-level patio with the private hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, picnic table and grill! It's the perfect place for outdoor entertainment year-round! But the front yard is amazing as well. Guests can enjoy the sunset from the front porch swing or just watch the aspen leaves change colors in the fall.

    Access to the ski area is an easy walk, and with a heavy snowfall you can ski right into the front door! The free shuttle for Breckenridge is only 2 blocks away making safe and easy access to town a cinch! 4800 sq feet
