The clean simple lines and spacious open floor plan are highlighted by tastefully done retro furnishings and décor. A private deck with plenty of seating leads to the front door and entrance. The entire downstairs area flows from one living space to another. Entry opens to living room with plenty of seating, wood burning fireplace large flat screen television mounted on the wall next to the fireplace, baby grand piano and period pieces of art. The west side of this room features a wall of glass and sliding glass doors, along with a second seating area designed to take full advantage of the ocean views. Dining area table and chairs are a retro design, very comfortable, and seat eight. Kitchen opens to the dining area with a huge center island, electric cook top and wall oven, refrigerator, amazing amount of storage and work space, and provides access to a full formal butler’s pantry / bar area which opens over a service bar to the dining area. Another seating area is off the dining area and kitchen which also enjoys a wood burning fireplace. Off this area are two guest bedrooms both with a queen bed and ensuite bath. Deck runs along length of home on the ocean side with multiple seating areas, propane barbecue and heater, and views that just never quit. Steps from the deck lead down to a relaxed coastal garden area and a little trail to a promontory with a bench – perfect to enjoy the view or that glass of wine at sunset. Upstairs from the entry is the master bedroom with king bed, plenty of closets, en-suite his and her bathroom, seating area facing the windows and ocean views, and a door leading to the upstairs deck.
