This home is a 3 bedroom + Loft with private hot tub! Inside the door you will overlook the main floor that includes a relaxing family area with gas-fired stove and cable TV with DVD and VCR and movies and books for your pleasure. Next comes the dining area that seats eight to ten people. The kitchen was new in 2009 and is fully stocked with dinnerware, a microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one bath, and the laundry area complete the first floor. Outside the dining area is a deck that holds both the hot tub and a gas barbecue grill. On the upper level is the loft with a privacy screen with full size bed and twin bunk. We have a wireless network with a DSL internet connection for your use. The master bedroom (with TV) is also on this level with queen bed and twin bed. The master bath has a private door and also a door leading to the loft. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a captains bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom and a twin size bed on top. Four world-class ski resorts: Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapaho Basin are easily accessible within 20 minutes by car, or by a FREE ski shuttle. Vail and Beaver Creek are 40 minutes west on I-70. For our non-outdoor enthusiasts, we can keep you happy too with many local restaurants and a huge selection of outlet shops that are just down the hill, less than five minutes away. Many a bargain we have found during our non-skiing hours.
