Cozy Spot

This unit is appropriately priced for the size and age of the unit. It suited us just fine for our needs. Was spacious for 2 of us - glad there wasn't 4. Great location. would absolutely rent again.

We have stayed in KH #16 several times and particularly enjoy its location near the river route bicycle path and the lodge & convention buildings. While the condo furnishings are comfortable, the kitchen design is difficult--cupboards shelves too high for the average person to reach and sink is awkward to use. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the reclining chairs. Great TV set, although quality of channel reception was inconsistent. On arrival, the microwave didn't work. The maintenance man was very prompt and helpful--replaced the microwave, got the wi-fi operational & the TV working pretty well. Even with these criticisms, we definitely plan to stay in this unit again!

We have stayed in this unit before and appreciated that the bed--mattress and coverlet--had been upgraded since our last visit. We particularly like the location--near the bike path that goes by the river, horses, marina, etc., and is a short walk from the lodge. We least like the kitchen area--practically no counter space and cupboards high and over the sink making it difficult for the average person to reach. We've had excellent cheerful assistance from front office staff. All in all, we'll plan to stay here again.

Very Modest accomodations for the Price

The location of the rental was great and the room adequate for... sleeping. It was good in a pinch because nothing else was available. Next time, we will be looking to see if we can get more rental for our money...

Kittyhawk #16 is a studio condo perfectly located near the Village Mall, Lodge & South Pool. This condo sleeps up to 4 guests and is great for a couples ski getaway or summer escape. This basic studio offer a king bed, kitchenette and private bath. Kittyhawk #16 offers a cozy place while enjoying beautiful Sunriver!

The condo was larger than I expected and had everything a kitchen should have. The only drawback was that the electric bar-b-que had no cord to connect to the outside outlet. The bed was very comfortable.
