We love Carmel

We loved the house. It was very cute and very clean. We had a plumbing problem which was taken care of on a Saturday night.The Neighbours behind us were wo cute...they hava a"bubble tree" . We loved the chalk board in the dinining room I drew sill pictures on it ever few days it was so much fun. Thank you for renting out you lovely home! We love how peaceful Carlmel is and would give our "eye teeth to live there" just cant a fford a multi million dollar home @ this time in our life!

Enjoyable stay in Carmel

My wife and I stayed in the SKOR house in Carmel for a month recently, and had a wonderful time. The house is comfortable and cozy (although some of the furnishings and kitchen items haven't been updated in a while). The best part of the stay was the location, right in the middle of the classic part of Carmel. It was just a short walk to the beach, or a bit longer walk to the central shopping area (we usually drove to go shopping or to restaurants). One minor issue: the house didn't come with Internet access. We were able to get Comcast to connect us during our stay, but then when we left we had to return the cable box to the nearest Comcast office, which turned out to be in Salinas, not very nearby. It would have been more convenient if the house already had been connected.

Very well located - 5 blocks to ocean, 5- blocks to commercial center. This house is old and not updated. Our main complaint is that it was not adequately maintained or cleaned to our standards. Plenty of room for two people. The second bath is 1/2 bath and cold.
