Excellant Fall Rental for Naturalists and anglers

Three adults stayed in this comfortable house in early October with the goal of enjoying the adjacent lake and near by fishing and trail opportunities. The house had everything we needed, including the use of a canoe and kayak. Eventhough we did not use it, the kitchen looked new with top quality appliances. The house was clean and felt very cozy. Would be great for two families. The bald eagle that landed in the tree 20 yards from the front door was an outstanding bonus.

This is an amazing house.We were a group of 8 friends and we had a great gala time here.We were reaching the place in the mid-night and thanks to 'Select Real Estate', they were so helpful and made it so easy with the reservations and check-in arrangements.This house has every thing from fireplace to fine china. This has a great waterfront and offers an excellent stunning view from your living room.We were here on a peak fall season,it was glorious all around the New Hampshire and were favored with a pleasant stay here.

Are we at the right house?

The stay was excellent. When we arrived, it looked as if the owner was still living there. Everything was meticulously maintained, and it made for a very comfortable stay. This is not your run of the mill rental property. Or a home which someone couldn't sell so they decided to rent. It looks like a second home and the owner might return at any minute. For example, there was a gas grill on the deck, with an extra propane tank, and grilling utensils. The garage had a canoe for the lake, and life jackets. All the little extras one might need for an enjoyable stay. Initially I was turned off by the price because the pictures don't show what a nice spot this is. But I would return in a heartbeat. Great value.

This is one of the best chalets in the area! We've stayed in North Conway, Eidelweiss Village, Madison, etc., and if this chalet is available when we need it - it's a no-brainer. With two great "family rooms", it meets everyone's need for tv time - either watching movies or sporting events. Iona Lake provides great ice fishing and skating!! Shopping is only a few miles down the road with a Dunkin Donuts around the corner. It's quiet, beautiful, and you'll have a great experience. We love it!
