Great house. Great company.

10 of us stayed in this lovely home. It really is fantastic inside with an open floor plan, large dining room, kitchen, and den. Having the downstairs pool table room was really nice as well. The only part that wasn't great was the lack of privacy, especially in the backyard near the hot tub. There are 3 neighbors that hover right on the back yard and this is why the hot tub rules state a hard 10pm end time each night. Cb McKinney was fantastic. They made check in and check out very easy and provided all the information in a nice packet.

Very nice house that in a few hours was transformed into our 2nd home. It has most of the furniture, utensils equipment and facilities required to feel comfortable. the neighbourhood was safe, nice, private and quiet. Most attractions can be reached easily. At the beginning we found some minor details that needed to be fixed but no problem, they were fixed immediately.

Here is a translation into English "A Beautiful house on the lake Tahoe for a large company, this is a very cozy, clean and fresh house with a 5-bedroom apartment in the vicinity of heavenly resort (3 minutes by car). Next to the main shopping street, shops, restaurants, and a casino. A large kitchen and dining area with all the necessary. Living room with a high ceiling, large windows and a fireplace. Master consists on the ground floor with a bed king-size, jacuzzi bath and shower. Plus one small bedroom with two beds.

Luxury home. Rented for parents 50th Wedding anniversary.

Staff at CB were excellent. We had several check-in check-out issues and all were resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Very friendly and helpful. The home had all the amenities. The kitchen is large with commercial quality stove. Hot tub and pool table were great fun. Plenty of room for 4 families with children. Showers are fabulous and Jacuzzi tub in master bath is wonderful. Be aware there are a lot of stairs. Close to town and casinos. The walk from town to the house is all uphill. Two car garage so plenty of parking. I would definitely rent this house again.

Our family vacation was spent in this wonderful house. Loved the jacuzzi tub im master bedroom. Great kitchen and plenty of seating. Also, a great location for walking to town, casinos,and trails. Wish we had more days to stay!
