A sincere thanks to the staff. From booking the reservation to checkout was outstanding. The accommodations were great and centrally located allowing us to walk pretty much everywhere. I can assure you that my next trip to KW, I will go through Compass Realty. Kim and Christine were great and the check in process with Sonny was one that I would expect in a Ritz Carlton. Very professional!! The trip was wonderful as I had my 10 year old daughter and was important for me that she have a great experience. We did!!! Thanks again and my next trip to KW, Compass Realty will be my only choice. Thanks for exceeding our expectations!! I work in the hospitality business and have for over 20 years. Very comfortable condo with all the amenities. Expensive, but so is everything else in Old Town, and Truman annex is within a block of the Duval St. Action, yet so nice and quiet. Offstreet parking is a terrific bonus, but a car isn't necessary. You can walk or bicycle to dozens of restaurants and shops, even small grocery stores. (Use a cab to reach Winn Dixie or Publix Supermarkets.) Very very helpful staff in the Compass Realty rental office. We're coming back.


great location in Key West

Enjoyed our 1 week stay in this condo. We could walk everywhere, yet was in a quiet location. Insulation between units could be better, & 2 large exterior lights shined into the 2 bedrooms at night time, making sleeping a little difficult. The garbage disposal & dishwasher broke, so we couldn't use them. Probably would stay elsewhere next time.


Always a Good Time in Key West

Rooster Haven was good. Being one of the first users of the condo once in the rental pool, we thought it could use a few kitchen items but nothing we had to have. Place is convenient and semi secluded being in a separate area by Truman annex. The beds are comfortable, plenty of seating -- all was great. Compass Realty people are excellent - friendly and helpful. Good place to stay while in Key West.
