Property Description

This newer renovation is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. The kitchen and baths are new and living room, dining area, and back patio are all updated and beautiful. The bedrooms have a queen size bed and 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The community pool is just out your back door. This property includes off street parking and a gorgeous community pool.

Wonderful Time In Beautiful Key West

This was our third stay in this unitfor a month each time. The location is great, all the hustle of Southard St. & people watching in front & the lovely view & relaxation on the patio. The kitchen is terrific & quite well equipped. If there are any problems, Compass Realty has always been very quick in helping. However, I have found that no improvement have been made to the unit in the past few years. The carpet on the stairs is old & worn & very stained. It was cleaned last year, but should be again. The bedding (sheets & bed spreads are old & should be replaced. The living room furniture is old & should be replaced. There was a leak in the ceiling of the 2nd. bath that was fixed last yr. & has opened again. The whole unit should be painted. A lot of people just stay for a wk. & don't really care about these things. No one has ever done anything in the care of the patio. My husband & I have trimmed dead branches and cleaned & watered every yr. If none of these things would bother you, it is a good rental. However, for $9,810 you can do better.

This is our 6th year renting from Compass Realty and staying in Truman annex. Each year is better than the last. Had a wonderful week at archipelago II. Condo was clean and updated. Added perks was having the pool right outside our back door and a short walk to Duval St and Mallory Square. Our compliments to Compass Realty and their efficient staff. See you next year!

We have stayed at the archipelago I and II, two years in a row during the week of Thanksgiving and have nothing but great things to say. The units are beautiful, fully stocked and close to everything. We enjoyed many of nights sitting on the porch, grilling and enjoying family time. We decided to bring a second family this year but were told arch I was being rented (so the other family stayed a few units down which was horrible) but we never saw renters :( This would be our only complaint as arch I and II have no competition as far as we are concerned. We would have loved the adjoining units. Other than this we will be back year as we have started this as a family tradition.

You can't go wrong with this location. Truman annex is just a few blocks away from Duval Street and a short walk to Fort Zach. It is truly amazing when you leave the restaurants and bars rocking with music and excitement, and walk just a few minutes to your peace and quiet. You can have the best of both worlds with location! This unit is spectacular! You need for nothing. The pool is directly out your back patio door. The patios and walkways are fenced in with a 5 foot fence so you have your privacy. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking. We have been going to KW since 1994 and Truman annex (Compass Realty) is the only place we stay!

It was our second stay at the annex, first in this unit. It was very well renovated and very attractive. The few things that we needed (tea pot, large bowl) were supplied very quickly by the management company. Burned out light bulbs were replaced the same day. The location can't be more convenient. We walked almost everywhere. Can't wait to go back next year.
