This unit has been remodeled with a complete new kitchen. The Master bedroom has a King bed, while the guest bedroom has two extra long twins that can be converted to a king, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Flat screen televisions and a gas grill complete this home away from home.The fisherman of this house caught the biggest fish yet of the century and placed it on his living room wall. Beautful oversized French doors open into the great room with an 11' ceiling and richly, appointed interiors. Private parking space is conveniently located in front of unit. High speed cable Internet.

Little trouble in Paradise

Would definitely stay here again. Had a great time and d├ęcor was really nice and comforting. We did have a little trouble with a kitchen chair pad which was not screwed in just resting on frame,the sleep sofa had a bent frame & dirty sheets still on it & hair in the freezer. the chair and the sofa issues were taken care of as soon as I called but I feel that they should have been seen and taken care of before check in. The raised air mattress they rented for us was more comfortable until a new sleep sofa is purchased for the unit. All in all I have rented thru Compass Realty for about 8 years and have never had an issue until this year. Will still rent again next year. Love the location to Duval Street and Mallory Square.

We have stayed in the shipyard the last 3 years and this year we rented this unit in the Foundry and were so happy. The unit was well stock, clean and roomy.

The walk to Mallory square & Duvall (where the crowds are) was short, but as soon as you walk back through the gates, it's all tranquilly & beautiful flowers... The house was very clean, updated (no worn out appliances...), spacious (they're we're 5 of us) & comfortable. I would (have already) recommended the foundry houses to anyone. Fyi: the pool isn't next to the houses. It's a little walk across & down the street but its nice to relax in during the down time.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Attractive and comfortable, the townhouse was perfect for our family of 6.The amenities were great and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance to Duval Street, Mallory Square,, Southernmost Point etc. and we really enjoyed walking and exploring Key West. The pool was so convenient and great for that daily relaxation. We came to relax and chill...and that we did! Can't wait to come back.

The kitchen in this townhouse is well stocked with cooking equipment and spices. However the bathrooms need updating and the linens and towels need to be tossed. The stairs were an issue for us as two couples in their 50s/60s and a small deck with only two chairs.
