    This beautiful home sits on the golf course near the East gate of Hot Springs Village has 2800+ square feet, and is fully equipped to provide guests with everything they need for a delightful stay in their “home away from home.” The Living and Dining Room window walls provide a stunning view of the #3 hole on beautiful Ponce de Leon golf course, with access to a fully furnished deck for outdoor enjoyment including visits from numerous colorful birds, deer, and other wildlife. PLEASE FEED OUR TREASURED BIRDS (food provided). Bedrooms are generously sized with the Master appointed with a King bed, and a Computer for guest use. Master bath has a beautiful separate shower, jetted corner tub for 2, double sinks, and private water closet. Second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed, and second bath has an awesome walk in shower, delightful single vanity, and private water closet. A third bedroom downstairs has a Queen bed, and the fourth bedroom is appointed with 2 twin beds. Downstairs bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combination, vanity, and toilet. Both bedrooms access the SPA and beautiful forested “fenced” back yard, which joins the golf course. A gas grill is awaiting the arrival of a GRILL MASTER. Our Kitchen is completely outfitted for your cooking and dining pleasure, with granite counter tops, and a triple sink. You can choose to prepare a romantic dinner with china and lovely wine glasses, or a casual family affair with sturdy Corelle. So, preheat the Keurig, and head to the deck with coffee in hand for a breathtaking serene view of the early morning dew glistening on the golf course, or grab your clubs. When night falls, and you have played outdoors all day, relax; enjoy your favorite programming on a 50+ inch TV in our Living Room with 3 reclining sofa sections. Others may prefer games and puzzles, which are stored in the Laundry Room cabinet for your entertainment. A romantic evening in the SPA can be quite intoxicating. A generous circle driveway furnishes the opportunity for parking boats and golf carts. Balboa Beach, Marina, and boat docks are less than 5 minutes away where guests enjoy picnic tables, swimming, and boat rentals.
