    You'll love the location of our OCEANFRONT condo #104. Napili Bay Condominiums is located directly on the famous Napili Bay Beach! As you'll see from the photos we have a fabulous view of the ocean and the beach. We have a queen bed and also a trundle bed that has two twin mattresses allowing us to accommodate up to 4 people quite comfortably. Our flat screen TV has a built in DVD player, you'll also find an ipod doc and CD player, and FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI INTERNET SERVICE. On our lanai we keep a couple of beach chairs to use at your convenience. We've provided all the standard amenities one would expect in a vacation rental and then a bit more to accommodate our passion for cooking. Our on island licensed management company MAUI BEACHFRONT RENTALS has been servicing our guests for over 20 years. We take great comfort in knowing our property is being managed by a team of professionals that offer full services to our guests throughout the duration of their stay. Services available to you include car rentals, discount airfares with Hawaiian Airlines, concierge services for all island activities, assistance with any childcare needs or assisted living needs in addition they offer advanced grocery delivery service. On property you will find a coin operated laundry facility in addition to a very charming picnic barbeque area that has gas grills and picnic tables for outside dining. There is no swimming pool here, however you have one of the best beaches on Maui right at your front door. Kapalua Resort is just a block away with two championship golf courses and 23 lite tennis courts. Not to mention you can visit any of the three additional white sandy beaches along the way.     Our oceanfront STUDIO condo is located directly on the Beach on the 5th floor of the newly renovated Lahaina Shores Beach Resort. We are next door to a very popular tourist spot called 505 Front Street where you'll find a charming outdoor center filled with some of Maui's top world class restaurants, luau's, boutique shops, art galleries, convenience store, live entertainment and much more. The Lahaina Shores Beach Resort is indicative of the true Hawaiiana experience. It holds all the 'aloha' essence through it's old world Hawaiian style architecture and their professionally trained staff. You'll feel the warmth and charm of this ohana as soon as you enter the front door! We take great pride in our home here on Maui and recently completed a full remodel of our oceanfront condo. As you'll see from our photos we took great care in selecting furnishings that are comfortable yet in keeping with the Hawaiian style. We've outfitted our kitchen with a generous supply of kitchen utensils so if you are inclined to entertain you'll have everything you could possibly need. For added comfort we had our sliding glass doors fabricated with a special tint and also we installed remote control shades both sheer and black out. You'll find our bed extremely comfortable and we stored a double air mattress that is self inflatable should you be travelling with a small child. Just let us know in advance and we'll be sure to have 'fresh' extra linens to accommodate. We've also stored a few beach chairs as well. Our management company offers very personalized services, including car rentals, grocery delivery service in advance of your arrival, island activities and essentially are there to assist you with any personal needs so don't hesitate to ask. Construction alert from the neighboring property to the Royal Kahana - We've been notified by the Royal Kahana Association that they've received a letter of notification from the Hololani Association ( a property located next door to the Royal Kahana) dated, July 15, 2018 that they will begin working on a revetment project that was originally slated to begin next year. Due to an unforeseen urgency they are implementing this project effective August 1, 2018. They anticipate noise from the equipment that will be used particularly on the north side of their building. We frequent our Maui condo so we're inclined to make sure we feature all the same amenities that we enjoy at home.
