Property Description

Unit #47 has been completely remodeled over the past two summers. This past summer the kitchen, bathroom and bathroom vanity area were significantly upgraded, with guest comfort in mind. The accompanying pictures tell the story. Included for guest comfort and enjoyment during your stay, are the following: -Fully functional roomy kitchen with stainless steel appliances. -Keurig style coffeemaker with complimentary coffee. -A traditional drip coffeemaker is also available, with grinder if needed. -A new dining table with four padded leather chairs provides a place to dine comfortably, as well as a great place for family card and board games. -There is a selection (for all gamer ages) for Wii and PS3 games on the 42" TV that is Netflix and Amazon ready (as is the 32" wall-mounted television in the bedroom). -An excellent selection of 250+ DVDs. -The master bedroom offers a brand new king bed, as well as new furniture. -There is a convenient desk area for your use in the bedroom. -Luggage stands if needed. -Dresser with plenty of space. -New built-in twin bunk beds in the dining/living area. -Our balcony faces a snowy view of the courtyard in winter and a green lawn and bring flowers in the summer. *Note: At Canyon Lodge you will also find a free ski locker to use. It has enough space for three pairs of skis, boots and poles. There is also an addition ski locker in the St. Anton garage area to store additional equipment. Our family hopes you enjoy your stay!! Maximum occupancy is 4 people, including children. This is a non-smoking, no pet unit. Town of Mammoth Lakes Business Tax and Town Occupancy Tax #1004.
