Property Description

Unit #20 is a third floor, end unit located in the first block. It has as a perfect beach view with a screened porch and unscreened porch. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a king size bed, bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds (bedroom 3 can be configured as either king size or twin beds). Master bathroom has shower and Jacuzzi, hallway bathroom has a tub and bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower. TV's and DVD players in all bedrooms and living room, with Bluetooth speaker system in the main living area and free high speed wireless internet.

These condominiums were absolutely perfect. They were gorgeous and very clean to say the least. The location was perfect with larger hotels and bars with some nightlife within walking distance. Our beach never had more than 10 people on it also. Perfect.

We think that # 20 is the best location in the avalon! It is very quiet there, and it has just been beautifully redecorated. Even though you are still on the beach, you are away from the hot tub and the public beach (which can get noisy). Joy is a wonderful housekeeper. It is so nice to have a clean place, especially, when you return from the gorgeous beach. Wakelyn is so warm and easy to work with. You can count on her. We can't wait to come back next year!( We don't want to say too many things about # 20 because then it will become too popular). It is our little secret!! Thank you for everything. Penny& Ken Hull
